I joined the Flexitech group last July as Technical Manager of the Saint André le Puy site. I got on very well right from the start with my Director, colleagues and the workers. Work is intense but there is a good atmosphere and a positive group spirit. I have an autonomous role and make decisions. My job has a lot of challenges and problems to solve, with work in the field, and there are future projects to ensure the long-term future of the site. I hope Flexitech continues to flourish with its high-quality products
I joined Flexitech 20 years ago, and I’m happy to contribute to each development and future project together with the other departments. I have learnt new skills and my work is varied: from manual work to innovative robotics and CNC bending. From production to assistant production supervisor to quality improvement coordinator. The diverse knowledge I've learnt on the job has given me the ambition to work for a company that recognises the values of each individual.
I've been HSE manager for the France plants since October 2015. When I graduated, I signed my first permanent contract with Flexitech. It’s pretty much impossible to sum up over 7 years at Flexitech in just a few words. I've had a varied and rewarding career, which has helped me to progress professionally. What stands out for me is the day-to-day atmosphere and the team-spirit between departments that has enabled us to accomplish our projects/missions over the years. To me, these relationships undoubtedly contribute to the success and overall balance within the company. Life at Flexitech is a constant adventure at all levels.
In 2011, when Flexitech acquired the Trelleborg hose plant, I worked as a Product Engineer developing new products jointly with car manufactures here in Brazil, defining hoses designs for new car models and also evaluating new hoses according to customers specifications. I used to be on the factory floor most of the time, then I started to work as Process Engineer and still provide support to new product developments. After a few years, I started to help the maintenance team with corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. As for my career in Flexitech, I can only thanks Flexitech for the job opportunities and experience that I have been had for my professional career. I also really like to work here because of the good work environment and especially because the good relationship with my fellow workers.
My career at Flexitech started in December 2013, and I have spent 9 years of learning and professional development at all times with Flexitech do Brasil. I started my career with the company in the dispatch department, where I developed the entire operational and systemic procedures, in compliance with the shipping standards and procedures in the automotive industry. In 2016, I was assigned to the receiving and warehouse sector, directly in charge of the input flow and control of raw materials. In 2017 I had the opportunity to start a new challenge with the supply chain process where, through experience in the 2 previous activities, I was able to adapt quickly and efficiently to the needs that the role required. Since 2017 I have been working in the supply chain (logistics analyst) following directly in the process of our forecast, closely following the entire production process until the arrival of the final product to our customers. I am very proud to be part of Flexitech, and I am always looking to learn new things, face new challenges and opportunities that may come.
I've been with Flexitech for 15 years. I'm a production operator and I've learnt a lot about brake hoses. The work isn't monotonous, because I change machines quite often, and that gives me experience on different work stations. My versatility also allows me to train others. There is a good, healthy atmosphere which means that work is enjoyable. I hope that my site in Panissières and the Flexitech group last as long as possible with the same product quality.
I've been with Flexitech for 26 years. I started as a production operator, then became a line manager, then assistant team leader. Since October 1st, 2022, I've been a team leader. I'm as motivated and committed to my work as ever. I invite you to come and join us, because the work is very interesting and varied.
